WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST VISIT

After booking your appointment, I will send an intake form and we will discuss the contents of this during our first visit.

During this initial consultation, your natural health practitioner will collect the information required to make an assessment of your situation and will create a personal treatment plan, by recommending different holistic treatments based on your specific health concern. These can include any combination of dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, detoxification, herbs, essential oils, nutritional supplements.  In most cases, she will need to see you again for a 45-minute follow-up visit a few weeks later to review your progress.

Subsequent follow-up visits are usually scheduled for 30-45 minutes to discuss the results of your personal plan and possibly make some changes.

PAYMENTS : Payment for appointments is required the day before each visit by E-transfer
